Coltishall Medical Practice is proud to be an Armed Forces veteran friendly accredited GP practice. This means that, as part of the health commitments of the Armed Forces Covenant, we have a dedicated clinician (Dr Olumide Ayodele) who has a specialist knowledge of military related health conditions and veteran specific health services. This is important in helping ex-forces to get the best care and treatment.

As part of our new patient registration process, we ask whether the patient is a military veteran and whether they wish for this to be recorded on their medical record. If you are a military veteran and this isn’t marked on your records, please register using our Register as a Military Veteran form.
