Opening hours

The practice is open from 8am to 6pm (5pm at Spixworth) Monday to Friday. The practice offers extended hours beyond these hours for pre-booked appointments.

What our priorities are and how we are doing

Our priority is to provide high quality services as commissioned by NHS England under our GMS contract and in line with those of the Norfolk and Waveney Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) of which the practice is a member.

In addition, under the Quality And Outcomes Framework (QOF,) we satisfy a range of clinical and administrative performance indicators which are subject to audit and review NHS England.

We are a training practice for the Health Education England, East of England GP Training Scheme, also providing Year 1 Clinical Placement experience for medical students from the MB/BS degree programme at the University of East Anglia as we believe this enhances educational opportunities and the quality of clinical practice.

How we make decisions

The partners will decide and agree on the services to be offered.

Decisions are informed by various meetings including, practice meetings with  partners and staff, Norfolk and Waveney Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) Council of Members, GP forums, practice manager forums.
