MAN v FAT Challenge is the UK’s leading digital weight loss programme for men, now offering funded spaces, courtesy of Norfolk County Council. Challengers will receive 14 weeks free, where they will be set weekly challenges to score points based on nutrition, exercise, and building healthy habits. Challengers also have access to weekly zoom calls discussing different weight loss and wellbeing topics, an Online Coach, access to the exclusive MAN v FAT online gym and the opportunity to win medals and awards for weight loss. MAN v FAT Challenge puts men into a virtual team with men from the funded areas across the country.
